It has been called Natural Horse-Man-Ship. Natural, as in what Mother Nature has provided, what the horse easily understands and how we work with them. A horse is one of Mother Nature's finest creations. We work "naturally" with our horses. When we work with them we are really playing with them in a way that means something to the horse and things happen naturally.

A horse is not just a horse. He is "attitude with four feet" and he thinks differently then you and I. Horses base their thinking patterns on survival and comfort. Horses want to feel safe and comfortable. As we work the horses we need to think like a horse, earn their trust and communicate with them in a way they can understand.
